See the Difference at Night
In daylight, 3M reflective sheeting grades can look very similar. At night, the difference is dramatic. The photo compares Engineer Grade on the left, High Intensity Prismatic in the center, and Diamond Grade on the right under headlight illumination. For higher-speed roads, critical intersections, and locations where nighttime visibility matters most, Diamond Grade provides the brightest, most visible sign.

Outsmart the Dark with 3M Diamond Grade DG3 Reflective Sheeting
Where Diamond Grade Makes the Biggest Difference
Some locations are more challenging for drivers because road conditions or layout can leave less time to react. 3M Diamond Grade DG3 is engineered to return more light from vehicle headlights back toward the driver, helping signs stand out sooner and from farther away. It's an ideal choice for:
Sharp curves and blind corners
Hills and winding roads with limited sight distance
Hidden or unexpected intersections
Warning signs that are easy to overlook
Watch the video to see how Diamond Grade can improve sign visibility in higher-risk locations.
